Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Operations Specialist responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage transaction lifecycle from quote to cash and coordinate internal support resources
  • Maintain pipeline and forecast with assigned Client Directors, scheduling regular meetings to review opportunities
  • Develop and maintain client profiles and vendor relationships to facilitate effective communication and pricing
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 2-3 years of Sales Support experience in the Technology industry preferred
  • Ability to understand client needs and link them to company offerings
  • History of working in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment required
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
