Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Manager 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a high touch book of business and engage with customers approximately 180 days prior to expiration
• Propose services, training credits, and premium support while identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Maintain updates in Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and ensure accurate forecasting of renewals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Salesforce or prior CRM experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• 4-6 years of prior experience in Renewals Management preferred
