Propose services, training credits, and premium support while identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Maintain updates in Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and ensure accurate forecasting of renewals
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Salesforce or prior CRM experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
4-6 years of prior experience in Renewals Management preferred
