• Own and execute all commercial post-sale motions including renewals and expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with Customer Experience Managers and leverage AI-powered tools to articulate value to customers
• Build and operationalize the customer Account Executive playbook focusing on expansion and renewal processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or customer success with renewal ownership
• Proven success in owning commercial outcomes across post-sale engagements
• Experience in building or improving internal processes, with a willingness to iterate quickly
• Ability to operate with urgency and ownership in ambiguous environments
• Demonstrated growth mindset and team-first mentality
