Job Summary

A company is looking for an International Lawyer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support regulatory matters and activities of the group's companies in various regions
• Draft, proofread, and negotiate various legal agreements and documents
• Provide legal support to different teams on corporate, contractual, and intellectual property matters

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in corporate, contractual, and regulatory consulting
• Knowledge of international corporate, commercial, and contractual law
• Experience with international companies or abroad
• IP or Tax expertise is a significant advantage
• Fluent in English, both written and oral, with understanding of legal English
