Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join their Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee equity administration matters in partnership with finance and HR
• Support corporate governance, including board meetings and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide strategic legal guidance on global projects

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or in-house, preferably in securities or corporate governance
• JD from an accredited U.S. law school and admission in good standing with a state bar
• Experience in corporate transactions and advising on general business matters
• Experience with equity management and corporate governance is a plus
• In-house experience with a global fintech or financial services company is a plus
