A company is looking for a Subrogation & Property Damage Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in claims involving property damage and negotiate settlements
• Pursue recovery from at-fault third parties and manage litigation processes
• Provide legal advice to internal teams and ensure compliance with applicable laws

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Texas Bar and in good standing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of insurance laws and regulations
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law, focusing on automobile accidents
