A company is looking for a Behavioral Care Advocate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health screenings via phone, text, and chat
  • Conduct assessments to determine appropriate levels of care and provide referrals
  • Document clinical interactions accurately and adhere to performance goals and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or Doctorate in human services (psychology, sociology, or equivalent)
  • Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in psychosocial assessments and therapy
  • Active California License (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist) without probation or pending actions
  • Experience with diverse populations and various psychological disorders
  • Proficiency in using a PC and typing at least 45 words per minute; bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
