Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Operations Associate to provide high-level support to the leadership team while coordinating key commercial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars and coordinate travel and logistics for executives
• Own logistics for Board meetings and support internal meeting planning
• Track deliverables for key initiatives and maintain shared documentation for cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in project management, executive operations, or event logistics
• Ability to support senior leaders with professionalism and urgency
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
• Understanding of commercial team operations (sales, marketing, partnerships, customer experience)
• Experience supporting revenue or marketing leaders in a high-growth company is a bonus
