Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Executive BPO.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client teams to foster relationships and explore growth opportunities
• Partner with the delivery organization to align with client objectives and resolve challenges

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in BPO/BPS services across multiple operational sectors
• A well-established professional network with key decision-makers and executives
• In-depth understanding of outsourced solutions and effective communication with senior leadership
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on empowering teams to achieve targets
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
