Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building and leading a Sales Engineering team
• 5+ years of sales/solutions engineering experience with a focus on healthcare claims data
• Strong technical skills in data analysis, APIs, and cloud architectures
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-relevant insights
• Experience navigating regulated environments such as HIPAA and GDPR
