A company is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to support small business customers within an assigned geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a book of existing customers to renew and expand accounts
• Forecast, track, and deliver on renewal and expansion numbers
• Communicate with customers to discuss health checks and new solution options

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS company
• Experience working with security professionals
• Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce.com and SalesLoft
• Experience with cold-calling and value selling
• Strong organizational skills to manage diverse challenges
