Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support critical initiatives involving SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Business Analyst on o9 and Pricefx projects, supporting planning and documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business needs and collect technical requirements from vendors
• Create process diagrams, user stories, and task tracking using tools such as Visio, Smartsheets, and JIRA

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with project management experience
• Experience documenting and managing requirements across complex projects
• Hands-on experience with JIRA in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Proficiency with Visio, Excel, and Smartsheet for documentation and tracking
• Experience in the Retail industry is a plus
