Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Specialist to support the global Workday HCM implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning and change management initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans and communication strategies
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to drive successful adoption of new processes
Required Qualifications
  • Successful experience in project and change management for medium to large HCM implementations
  • Workday experience is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in global HR environments supporting Workday implementation projects
  • Broad understanding of HR components such as talent acquisition and employee relations
  • Knowledge of LEAN tools and methodologies is a plus
