A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst specializing in Quote to Cash.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Business Analyst for quote-to-cash initiatives, managing the analysis workstream for projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work and ensure timely project status updates and communication
• Solicit and document business requirements, ensuring they meet necessary standards before creating user stories

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a SaaS environment
• 1-3 years of specialization in the quote-to-cash process
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping, particularly with Salesforce CPQ
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a Kanban environment
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira
