Bilingual Verifications Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Verifications Specialist - Colombia Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle verifications for high-profile clients, including employment, education, and references
• Communicate with third parties to verify candidate-provided information and write detailed reports on discrepancies
• Record confirmed information accurately and perform quality checks to meet client-specific standards

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• At least 1+ year(s) of work experience in a call center, BPO/KPO environment, or fact-checking roles
• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute (WPM) with 90% accuracy
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
