Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Service Specialist - Lending.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with loan applications and provide updates on their status
• Process loan applications accurately and maintain communication with applicants
• Cross-sell additional products and services to enhance customer relationships

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 1-4 years of customer service experience
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with financial reports, including tax returns and cash flow projections
• Sales or lending experience is a plus
