Bilingual Investigator Support Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investigator Support Coordinator-Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

• Notify investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results and test cancellations
• Monitor and resolve accession holds while informing supervisors and project managers of delays
• Support sites and sponsors with project-related questions via phone and email

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma with 2 years of customer service experience over the phone
• Fluency in English and either Portuguese or Spanish
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and distractions while maintaining professionalism
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
