RADV Outreach Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for RADV Representatives to support Risk Adjustment Data Validation audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 40-60 outbound calls daily to secure required documentation from providers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with providers to support program participation
• Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activities and ensure compliance with PHI standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a phone-based, administrative, customer service, or clinical office setting
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting program needs
• Must reside in the U.S. and have a dedicated workspace free from distractions
