Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist for Desktop Streaming Products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and troubleshoot customer issues, ensuring effective communication and resolution
  • Collaborate with team members and document support processes and training materials
  • Maintain adherence to service level agreements and manage engineering tickets for bugs


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Information Technology and/or Software Support
  • Proven technical and analytical skills with a solid understanding of live video production workflows
  • Experience with troubleshooting software issues on Windows and MacOS
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
