Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Technology Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage vendor relationships, overseeing contract negotiations and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather market intelligence and inform strategy development
• Create and distribute educational materials for sales teams regarding vendor value propositions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health management, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with benefits technology experience
• Proven ability to develop strong relationships with distribution partners
• Experience with integrations and API capabilities in ADP Workforce Now or Employee Navigator
• Ability to lead projects and drive business direction based on market findings
