Senior Director of Health Equity

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Group Director, Global Inclusion and Health Equity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a $2m+ portfolio of health equity client relationships and lead multiple client engagements
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while guiding clients on integrated marketing and health equity decisions
• Oversee operational efforts, financial performance, and team development to ensure high-quality service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
• A minimum of 13 years of experience in a Public Relations agency or client-side role, particularly in healthcare
• Experience in organic business growth and managing client budgets
• Proven ability to develop and mentor junior staff and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience in project management and strategic development in a fast-paced environment
