Workday HCM Recruiting Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Recruiting Lead/Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Recruiting workstream for a Workday implementation project
• Collaborate with global customers to deliver tailored Workday Recruiting solutions
• Support junior team members and provide knowledge transfer as part of the HCM delivery team

Required Qualifications

• Active Workday certification
• Prior experience as a Workday Recruiting Lead or Consultant on at least one full lifecycle implementation
• Strong configuration skills in the Workday Recruiting module
• Experience working within the Workday HCM ecosystem, including integrations with Core HCM
• Proven client-facing communication skills and ability to lead a workstream independently
