Job Summary

A company is looking for an Area Manager, Food & Beverage for the Southwest region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales representatives to achieve targeted gross profit and execute district sales and budget targets
• Provide guidance and feedback to strengthen team members' business and technical skills
• Ensure compliance with systems, regulations, and policies while managing customer interfaces with key accounts

Required Qualifications

• College degree with 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in specialty chemicals
• Demonstrated commercial and technical skill development
• Ability to break down strategic priorities into actionable tasks
• Experience in building effective relationships within customer accounts
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a cohesive team to achieve results
