Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relationship Manager to lead business relationships with clients in a strategic and consultative manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients, providing support and information regarding ongoing operations
• Achieve sales quotas through contract renewals and sales of products and services to assigned clients
• Maintain client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and professional contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the banking industry, including management and operations
• 6+ years of experience managing relationships with large financial organizations
• 6+ years of experience in sales and negotiation techniques
• Proven ability to interact with senior management with minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
