A company is looking for an Arbitration Analyst - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts liability analysis, evidence preparation, and argument presentation for arbitrations
• Collaborates with management and teams to improve business processes and assess liability in intercompany arbitration cases
• Manages arbitration correspondence and filings, ensuring timely and accurate responses

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of applicable experience
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Access preferred
• Demonstrated ability in a metrics-driven environment
• Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws
• Ability to meet individual goals and collaborate with peers
