Finance Attorney (Energy)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Attorney (Energy) to support renewable energy project finance work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financing deals based on asset value and revenue generation
• Review and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and other related agreements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal teams on project development

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy project finance
• Experience with tax equity transactions and Membership Interest Purchase Agreements (MIPAs)
• Familiarity with Equity & Capital Contribution Agreements (ECCAs)
• Proactive and independent work style
• Ability to work remotely and manage a flexible schedule of 20-30 hours per week
