Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer (Systems Engineer) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and test to identify the causes of incidents
• Install and maintain banking applications across various environments
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for the BaNCS application as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Prior application support engineering experience with strong analysis and issue management skills
• Advanced knowledge of two or more open system applications in a production environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Digital.ai / DevOps, Oracle / Database, and application monitoring tools is a plus
• Experience with Control-M or application job automation scheduling is a plus
