Unified Communications Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Unified Communications Specialist who will manage and support audio-visual/unified communications systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end user support for audio-video/unified communications hardware and software systems
• Monitor and respond to requests received through the IT ticketing system
• Participate in project management and coordination of large UC installation projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related technical field with a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience
• 4+ years of AV/UC technical support experience
• 1+ years of AV/UC project management experience
• AVIXA CTS or CTS-I certification preferred
• Experience with UC hardware and software platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Poly
