Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Inside Sales Manager who will oversee and drive the performance of the inside sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing and IT to streamline sales efforts and implement CRM tools
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and maintain customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and customer relationship management
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in an inside sales environment
