Key Responsibilities

• Manage all operations related to podcast, radio, and digital radio advertising in US and Non-US markets
• Process insertion orders, assist with billing/reconciling, and ensure timely payment to partners
• Develop and maintain QA management, ensuring ads run correctly and comply with policies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing ad operations for audio campaigns
• Knowledge of audio industry tools like Podscribe and Magellan
• Experience with Looker and Salesforce
• Innovative mindset with a focus on improving systems and workflows
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
