Job Summary

A company is looking for an AP Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the full Accounts and Grants Payable cycle, ensuring timely and efficient processing of transactions
• Oversee processing and review of grants and bills in the accounting system, ensuring compliance with policies
• Coordinate with the China office and accounting firm for approvals, and supervise Accounts Payable staff

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of five years of accounts payable experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector
• Two years of supervisory experience or demonstrated oversight of accounts payable functions
• Business-level proficiency in Mandarin
• Proficiency with accounting software; experience with Sage Intacct and Tipalti is a plus
