Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Associate to join their accounting team in a full-time, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, reconcile, and process all invoices
• Process commission payments for affiliate partners and resolve pricing discrepancies with vendors
• Assist the Accounting Team with chargebacks, payment disputes, and optimize accounts payable processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of direct or similar accounts payable experience
• Bachelor's or Associate degree
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with foreign currencies and international payments
• Ability to multitask and handle a large volume of invoices
