Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist who will support the billing team with various financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Create invoices and ensure accuracy in collaboration with team members
• Prepare and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
• Review past-due amounts and contact customers for payment requests

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, and collections
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
• Knowledge of Intacct and Salesforce is an asset
• Detail-oriented and organized with a high level of accuracy
