Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist for Affinity Billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor bank accounts and process daily/monthly entries into the general ledger
• Manage intercompany and operating reimbursable billing processes, including invoice preparation and accounts receivable statements
• Prepare balance sheet and bank account reconciliations, and calculate monthly journal entries

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial analysis experience or equivalent education and experience
• Experience with complex Excel spreadsheets for financial tracking and analysis
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees within the organization
