Remote Bookkeeper with QuickBooks

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full-Time Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Online experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bank account and credit card reconciliations
• Conduct bookkeeping reviews and maintain financial transaction spreadsheets
• Manage invoicing, bill tracking, and payroll filing as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of hands-on QuickBooks Online experience
• 1-3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience for multiple small companies
• In-house training as required
