Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success - Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within hospitality and tourism
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure customer success and retention
• Build strong executive relationships and lead account-based marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience managing enterprise accounts, preferably in hospitality or tourism
• Deep understanding of digital marketing and omnichannel strategies
• Experience managing a CMS and knowledge of website best practices
• Proven success in nurturing and expanding account portfolios
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's preferred
