Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager I GSI.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of inforce groups, including renewals and plan design changes
• Maintain and grow distribution partner relationships
• Ensure timely, high-quality administrative support and communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of customer care or operational experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting/cleaning)
• Strong ability to interpret, analyze, and act on business and customer data
• Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools is preferred
