Job Summary

A company is looking for a SaaS Client Account Manager to ensure client success and satisfaction with their software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
• Proactively monitor client engagement and identify opportunities for clients to derive more value from the software
• Assist clients with technical aspects of the SaaS software, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-5 years of experience in client support or account management roles, preferably with SaaS software
• Strong technical aptitude to understand and explain complex workflows and software features
• Previous experience supporting SaaS software is highly desirable
• Proactive personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
