Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Account Management to lead U.S. expansion efforts by nurturing and growing its enterprise customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth across key U.S.-based enterprise accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers and act as their trusted advisor
• Lead a high-performing account management team and share best practices for operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in strategic account management or customer success roles within SaaS, CX, AI, or tech-enabled services
• Proven track record of expanding enterprise accounts and driving revenue targets
• Experience with customer experience technologies and AI/ML platforms
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree required
