Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Account Development in Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Account Development Specialists to drive meeting generation and manage lead input
• Oversee day-to-day operations including pipeline development, forecasting, and sales cycle management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and ensure alignment in executing business strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in inside sales, sales management, or related fields
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce application
