Remote Impounds Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Work from Home COAF Ops Sr. Coordinator - Impounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for impound facilities and customers to resolve impound accounts
• Monitor and manage impound repo assignments to ensure timely recovery of vehicles
• Collect necessary information and documents to facilitate vehicle recovery while minimizing storage fees

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
• At least 1 year of experience in the Financial Industry
• At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
