Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain accuracy of electronic client files, including imports and exports
• Respond to call center escalations and manage client service questions and issues
• Document and update client processing procedures and assist with audits and reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in Health and Wellness Benefit Administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to interface professionally with clients and carriers
• Experience with project management tools for tracking open items
