Key Responsibilities

• Perform accounts receivable functions, including cash collection and management of financial assistance programs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience is required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
• Experience in a call center environment is beneficial
• Familiarity with billing systems is a plus
