Remote Employee Benefits Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Service Center Advocate to support clients by handling calls regarding employee benefit enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls professionally and positively while documenting call details
  • Respond accurately to inquiries and ensure compliance in processing transactions
  • Take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Prior service center and/or customer service experience is required
  • Experience in benefit administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance provider is preferred
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and comfort with technology
  • Must have internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload)
  • Comprehensive training will be provided prior to going live
