Key Responsibilities

• Complete appointment scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations by aligning patient preferences with physician-specific guidelines
• Collect and maintain accurate patient registration and insurance information to ensure timely payment for services
• Process multi-channel messages related to patient and physician requests, achieving quality and service goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience is required
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Proficient in computer usage, including navigating multiple programs and screens
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
