Job Summary

A company is looking for a Storage Affiliate Agent - Part Time Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by receiving inbound calls and addressing their storage needs
• Navigate defined guidelines to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Work collaboratively with a network of agents to provide effective support

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be available to work between 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Arizona time, including Saturdays and holidays
• Completion of a job-related assessment is required for consideration
• Must have a personal home computer that meets specific technical requirements
• Successful completion of a paid three-week training program
• Light physical exertion is required, including sitting for long periods and taking phone calls
