Job Summary

A company is looking for a MSP COB Representative I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze Medicare Secondary Payer and Coordination of Benefits claims to ensure accurate processing
• Maintain accurate enrollment and other insurance coverage information for proper claims adjudication
• Research claims history to identify previously paid claims and adjust claims as necessary based on liability guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience in claims, enrollment, billing, customer service, or Other Party Liability
• Knowledge of National Association of Insurance Commission guidelines
• Ability to meet established deadlines and manage multiple customer service demands
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
