Relocation Coach (EMEA)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Flexible Relocation Coach (EMEA).

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with relocators and act as their main point of contact throughout their relocation journey
• Communicate with relocators to understand their needs and provide guidance on relocation services
• Handle complex inquiries and support relocators in understanding their company's relocation policy and additional services

Required Qualifications

• Availability to work during GMT/CET business hours
• Fluency in verbal and written English; knowledge of EMEA cities and lifestyle norms is preferred
• No prior relocation experience required; training will be provided
• Bonus for knowledge of or experience in Europe or the MENA region
• Bonus for proficiency in additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Arabic
