Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Retail Field Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of District Sales Managers and Territory Account Executives to achieve sales and performance goals
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and development of team members through coaching and performance management
• Drive operational excellence and strategic planning to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on execution levels
• Experience in building and scaling sales in emerging markets or new product categories
• Strong collaboration skills with a focus on fostering an inclusive team-oriented culture
• Background in the retail or point-of-sale (POS) industry is a plus
