Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow their business in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute regional strategies in collaboration with functional leaders
• Lead and develop the Canadian Commercial sales team, ensuring sales performance targets are met
• Drive sales growth through leadership, organizational planning, and execution of sales strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in sales management
• Experience managing and coaching complex Mid Market sales cycles
• Familiarity with IaaS, Networking, and Information Security services
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
